Your business profile
Where your bakery name, contact details and time zone come from, and everywhere they show up.
Settings → Business Profile is the one place your bakery describes itself. What you put here reaches your storefront footer, your order confirmations, your labels and your customer messages, so it is worth getting right once rather than correcting in four places later.
Time zone is the one to get right
Order cut-offs land at 23:59 in your bakery’s local time. If your time zone is wrong, your cut-offs are wrong — customers get extra hours you did not plan to give them, or lose hours you meant them to have. Set it before you publish anything.
What reaches your storefront
Your contact details and social handles are re-read from your profile every time your site is built, rather than being frozen into the site when it was first generated. So changing your email or your Instagram handle here updates the live site on the next publish — you do not have to hunt for it in the site editor.
If you signed up by connecting a Facebook Page or Instagram account, several of these fields are already filled in from there. Check them rather than assuming — social profiles go stale.
