Connecting a custom domain

Pointing your own domain at your Bakeable storefront, on any plan.

Every bakery gets a Bakeable address from the start. Connecting your own domain is available on every plan, including free Nano.

How it goes

Add your domain on the Website → Domain screen.
Bakeable shows you the DNS record to add. Add it at your registrar — the company you bought the domain from.
Come back and verify. DNS changes can take a little while to travel; if it does not verify immediately, wait and try again rather than changing anything.
Your certificate is issued automatically once verification passes, so the site is served over HTTPS with no further steps.

Verifying a domain triggers a rebuild, so your site is redeployed on the new address without you having to publish again.
